5. Community Listings

Community listings are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our discretion. Listing a community on HiveFindr does not imply endorsement by us.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, and software, is the property of New Hive City LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any community information displayed on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Hive City LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
