Fractional employment is a growing trend and here to stay, yet it isn't the same as other part-time work and/or consulting and therefore has its own unique challenges. As a Fractional COO myself, I realized there was a need for a community of fractionals that I could network with and learn with/from, and also a place for those looking to specifically hire fractionals. That is what Fractionals United is.
